We need your input!

We  really appreciate input from visitors to our website . For example: do you have a favourite recipe; have your food ‘likes’ and ‘dislikes’ changed as you get older; do you have problems with digestability of some foods; do you experience any problems with buying suitable food supplies; do you have any tips or advice to share with others?
